Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, have strong interpersonal skills, and be committed to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Assist clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition.
Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and tidying up.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to supervisors.
Follow care plans and ensure client safety at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Must pass a background check and provide references.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
